Keny Hoskins, Managed FL Tattoo, Body-Piercing Businesses
ORLANDO, FLA.—Keny Hoskins, who helped set sanitation standards for body piercing and tattoo studios in Florida, died May 27 of a rare genetic lung condition called Alpha-1-anti trypsin deficiency. He was 45.
“He was such a good person. I mean he was a good kid and turned into a good, loving and caring adult,” said his mother, Cora Hoskins. “The only heartburn that he ever gave us was that he put all those holes in himself.”
