Kamada signs long-term supply agreement for AAT raw material
NESS ZIONA, Israel—Kamada, a biopharmaceutical company engaged in the development, manufacturing and marketing of specialty life-saving therapeutics, announced that it has signed a long-term supply agreement with a multi-national company for the raw material required to manufacture AAT (alpha-1 antitrypsin), Kamada’s flagship product, which is administered intravenously or by inhalation.
The agreement ensures Kamada a steady supply of raw material that meets the international standards set by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and European Medicines Agency.
